A house in Italy, while you are not always there

Casa Marche Italy manages and maintains homes for owners who do not live in Italy, in the provinces of Macerata and Fermo in Le Marche. We are Lia Vaessen and Olaf Kleinbussink, a Dutch couple living in Corridonia. Lia handles the management, Olaf the maintenance and odd jobs.

We know what it is like to own a house in Italy: the distance, the language, and wondering whether everything is going as agreed. An owner who does not live in Italy needs someone who does both: keeping an eye on things and getting them done. That is exactly what we offer.

Area: the provinces of Macerata and Fermo, based in Corridonia. We speak Dutch, English and German.

Frequently asked questions about management and maintenance

Which area do you cover?

The provinces of Macerata and Fermo in Le Marche. We live in Corridonia ourselves, right in the middle of this area.

Which languages do you speak?

Dutch, English and German. We handle contact with Italian tradespeople and authorities.

Can you also renovate a bathroom?

Yes. Olaf comes from construction and does maintenance, repairs and small renovations, such as a bathroom. On larger projects he acts as an extra pair of eyes with your contractor.

What does management or a job cost?

Every home and every job is different. After an introductory meeting we give you a tailored quote.
